Key Ideas:
- Use your STRENGTH and BREATH to help you transition from contraction to release and vice versa.
- Keep strength in your arms throughout the whole exercise, and press into the floor with your hands as well as the tops of your feet.
- Contraction: Imagine connecting your nose to your tail, scooping out your front body, and lifting from the back of your ribs.
- Release: But don't fully "release" - this needs to come from strength in your back. Imagine instead reaching your tail up and towards the crown of your head, and releasing your breath.
