I apologize for the poor sound quality in this video. I hope to refilm it when I get the chance. I know it’s a little odd that the video only shows me from the waist down but in pre-ballet and beginning ballet instruction I like to focus primarily on what the legs and feet are doing so go ahead and keep your arm in second position for all of these combinations.
